Hi, I'm Shipra !

Welcome to my creative space. I am Delhi based Visual artist. Creating art is my fundamental way of understanding and connecting with the world.

My formal artistic journey began at the Delhi College of Arts, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2010. During those formative years, my practice was deeply rooted in the tangible world around me. I was captivated by landscapes and the challenges of capturing nature's fleeting moments using acrylics, watercolors, pencil, and ink. It was a period dedicated to mastering craftsmanship of understanding light.

As time went on, my relationship with my art practice evolved. I felt a strong pull to move beyond just what my eyes could see and to express what lies beneath the surface. With this desire, I completed my Master of Fine Arts at Amity University in 2024. During this period, my art practice transitioned from traditional landscape into the world of abstract art and Tapestry.
